Thank you for shopping at Azurvellium. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 calendar days after you receive the product.
To qualify for return, the item must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
Customized, consumable or damaged items caused by improper use are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
Please contact us first at ray.shan@azurvellium.com to request a return authorization before sending back goods.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or wrong.

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please send photos to us within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund at our cost.
