1. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time ranges from 7–20 business days, depending on shipping method and location.
Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with order number and photos. We will assist you to file a claim with the carrier.
